For touring, the property is 75 min from the ski resorts, Aix en Provence or Monaco, or 40 km away from the Gorges of the Verdon river and the Côte d'Azur beaches, including Saint-Tropez - Sainte Maxime - Les Issambres - Saint Raphael - Frejus - Cannes...You can choose from sea, nature, mountain or the beauty of the towns on the Côte d'Azur. For a booking for six people, L'Amouride can offer you an accommodation of three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. For a booking from seven to twelve people, L'Amouride can offer you two communicating accommodations of six double bedrooms and six bathrooms. From thirteen to eighteen people, we offer the three accommodations including nine double bedrooms and nine bathrooms. During high season, L'Amouride is only available for groups of thirteen to eighteen people. Each one of the accommodations includes a lounge with dining area, Satellite TV (from all countries), fully equipped American kitchen (with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood), three air conditioned en suite bedrooms with mosquito nets, two toilets per accommodation, a covered terrace (25 m²) and access to an utility room with washing machine and drying facilities

These are the Provencal markets nearby Lorgues: Lorgues on Tuesday morning, Les Arcs on Thursday morning, Le Muy on Thursday and Sunday mornings, Vidauban on Wednesday and Sunday mornings, Salernes on Wednesday and Sunday mornings, St Tropez on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, Les Issambres on Monday morning. The markets at the Italian border: Vintimille on Friday until 4 pm and San Remo on Saturday morning.

Our golfer guests have the choice between several well known golf courses: Saint-Endréol Golf Course at La Motte, Roquebrune Golf Course, Le Beauvallon Golf Club at Sainte-Maxime, St Maxime Golf course, Golf de l’Estérel and Valescure Golf Course (with tennis court) at Saint-Raphael, Barbaroux Golf Course at Brignoles. All these courses are within 15 to 40 minutes away from L'Amouride.

Notes to the rental rates

During high season, L'Amouride is only available for groups of thirteen to eighteen people . The rates vary depending on the occupancy and the season. That could be from 1.100. € per week in low season for 6 people to 5.610. € for the three accommodations (18 people). The minimum stay is one week. During the high season we prefer two weeks. During the high season the bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. The accommodation is available from the Saturday 4 pm and must be left on Saturday morning by 9.30 am. For a 6 people occupancy, prices vary from 1.200. € to 1.450. € per week (no booking during high season). For 12 people, they vary from 2.400. € to 2.900. € per week (no booking during high season). For 18 people, the rates vary from 3.600. € to 6.100. € per week depending on the season (during the high season the property is kept for 13 to18 people occupancy).
 A 50 % deposit along with a security deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay.
Contact us: a security deposit is required for each booking (500 € for one accommodation, 1000 € for two and 1500 € for three). This is damage and utility charges deposit. The remaining balance of this deposit will be refunded on your bank account within 8 days after departure, providing the house has been left in good conditions, and after deducing utility charges. The rates include the professional maintenance of the garden and the pool. Utilities: upon arrival the water and electricity meters would be checked and the guests will be charged only for their own water and electricity consumptions during their stay, charged in addition to the booking rate. The cleaning at the end of the stay must be paid by the leaving guests. The price varies depending on which conditions the house has been left.
